Wacky Things I Do:

1- Make sure all the light switches are facing down every night before I go to bed.

2-Talk to myself all day, seriously I do. My husband always asks me what I’m saying to myself because he can see my lips moving.

3-Ditched tampons and went for mama pads. My hormones have always been off and I decided to be done with the chemicals that make it worse.

4- Stopped washing my hair every day and now go a week plus in washing.

5- Fall asleep watching the office every night. Seriously! For like the last two years this has been my norm. My husband watches it every night in our room and I’m so not a night owl. Even when goes out of town or is gone late I still turn it on.

6- I love the moon. In the summer I’ve been known to go outside, and do moonlight yoga! It’s so cleansing.

7- I listen to my own guided meditations daily. I couldn’t find one exactly like I needed so I made my own.

8- I will have a celebratory dance party every time I sign a new client or student. And then I send all the positivity their way in the form of purple light and love.

9- Order my drinks with no ice. I hate being cold and ice makes me shiver.

10- I rarely cook the same meal twice and if I do it’s with a different recipe. It drives my husband crazy. But, I hate doing the same thing every time. Girl likes to switch things up.

11-When I take pictures I say, “So cute.” It started when my son was little and now I say it with every picture I take. Hahaha habit.

12-I avoid pain medication. And have successfully done so for almost 3 years by doing the emotional freedom technique and releasing emotions.

13-I put my crystals outside every full moon so they can recharge. Sometimes I’ll even put mason jars of water outside to have the moon purify it. This one really gets my husband thinking I’m a looney tune.

14- I will only where clothing that is in the cool tone range and that has a soft hue to it. This is because it helps me look the best and shows off my best self. Seriously, there is a science behind this.

15- I look at my vision board at least twice a day and picture how amazing my goals will feel when I achieve them and the people I’ll be able to help when I do.

16- When I feel really angry, like super duper angry. I turn on rock music and jam out. Oh and when I lift heavy weights it’s gotta be the rap music or I’m unmotivated. Surprised?

17- I keep a 5 dollar bill on my mirror so that I can look at it everyday and know money flows into my life.

18- I like my sugar cookies without frosting and chocolate chip cookies without the chocolate chips.

19- I will always answer my phone. It’s a real fomo for me. Unless I’m working with a client but other than that I will always pick up or call back.

20- I have to say I love you and give each person a hug before I leave them. When you lose someone close to you, it changes you and I never want someone to leave me without knowing how I feel about them.
