Are you ready to feel more happiness every day? It is possible to make small changes and experience big results. I love to offer my Reiki clients many ways to do things after their Reiki session. Here are 20 tips to get you started feeling more happiness everyday.

  1. Finish A Goal
    Finishing a goal instantly brings feelings of accomplishment.
  2. Show Gratitude To Your Higher Power
    Showing gratitude raises your vibration.
  3. Write Someone A Kind Letter
    Connecting with others is crucial to belonging.
  4. Watch A Sunrise
    Morning sun recharges us. It delivers ultraviolet light, which the body needs for optimum health.
  5. Forgive Yourself
    Forgiveness is key to any relationship, including your relationship with yourself.
  6. Get Your Body Moving
    Exercise increases endorphins which diminish our perception of pain and trigger a positive feeling in the body.
  7. Give Someone A Hug
    Hugging reduces blood pressure and keeps the heart strong.
  8. Study Uplifting Books
    Reading is a natural stress reducer.
  9. Do Something That Scares You
    Challenging yourself gives amazing results. You will see that you can do hard things and will be able to handle new challenges.

    Trying new things changes our biorhythm, jolting and stimulating us emotionally, physically and intellectually.
