Have you been curious to know my family better? Well this is the blog post for you!

Everyone, meet Paul. I fell in love with him 11 years ago! I first noticed him in a common Facebook group and thought he was so handsome. But, I lived thousands of miles away from him and figured he’d be taken by the time I found my way home. Flash forward 3 months I’m heartbroken and was convinced by a dear friend to attend a family home evening activity for young single adults. I walk into the room, nervous as all get out and there is Paul, the handsome guy I saw on Facebook.
He says I cornered him and took him away from all the other ladies, hahaha but I’ll never admit it. ;)
One year later we were sealed for time and all eternity and he’s been the best decision I ever made.
Paul works from home as a web developer. It sounds confusing because it is. He’s been a developer for 10 years and he’s a genius! He even created my amazing website! We are both so grateful for this job he has and how it provides for our family.

Hi, I’m Talesha! I love to read, dance, watch the Bachelor, go on trips with my family and inspire others. I love to create and imagine the impossible. As a child I loved to swing and have conversations with the clouds, butterflies and sun.
I have a tender heart, but a fierce personality. And all I want is for myself and others to have happiness.
You can find me at the park with Nathan and C.C, outside gardening, sitting under my favorite tree and cuddling my dog, phoebe. With me, it’s the simple things that bring the most pleasure. I believe in cutting out the excess and having long romantic chats on my patio swing with my husband. I love laughing and spending as much time as I can with my family.
6 years ago, I felt like my world stopped to exist. In many ways it had. But because of that trial it brought me to where I am today. It brought me to creating an emotional healing technique that is used throughout the country to help others find their spirit self.

This is my crazy bunch, and I love how silly we all are. Family means everything to me! Playing and laughing with them gives my soul so much joy. We love going on camping trips, swimming, game nights and movie nights. But my absolute favorite thing to experience with my family is adventure. I love to show them the world, show them the goodness that is literally waiting for them to grab onto. Motherhood to me, is all about learning, forgiveness, and growth. I look at these people I have surrounding me and can’t help but feel immense gratitude for their presence.

This is Nathan, my oldest son who turned 7 in December. For years I worried if I would ever have a child. The doctors said it would be difficult to have any and if I did, I would need to get them here quickly.
Nathan has been a Godsend. Literally. It takes a strong spirit to come into the home as an oldest child. He’s been with me through the darkest of times and his gift of empathy and love is what truly motivated me to get better mentally. This boy is bubbly, full of knowledge and has the silliest ideas.
Nathan loves anything outdoors and active! Right now, he’s playing soccer and loves to score goals. My favorite is his victory dance. It’s the best. He has always been very smart, kind, thoughtful and empathetic.
Right now he loves to read I Survived books and his well versed in many historical events.

Carolina (C.C) is my youngest and is 5 years old. She is my saving grace. Her birth came right at the peak of my anxiety and depression. But everytime I looked at her sweet curly brown hair, and beautiful hazel eyes I was reminded of how compassionate God is in our lives.
She loves to dance, do gymnastics, play barbie’s and ride her bike. She is not shy so if you meet her don’t be surprised when she comes up and says hi! It’s one of my favorite qualities about her. She has a gift to help others feel welcome and is as loving as they come. Shes spunky, energetic, friendly and outgoing.
Tell me about your family! What do you like to do? What are some fun things we should try out that is a must for your family?
