Goals have always been a major part of my life. I love the thrill of imagining and bringing a goal to life. Here are a few of my biggest life goals.
For 2 years I have been dreaming of speaking at Time Out For Women. I dream of uplifting, motivating and inspiring women to feel their emotions, to go to those buried recesses of their souls and finally release what no longer serves them. I dream of them knowing who God and Christ are personally. As well as them realizing who they are and who they are to become because of him. This goal feels scary, overwhelming, and so far out of my reach. I truly haven’t even looked up the process of applying because it is so scary.

Build or buy my forever home on a dreamy property with room to roam. I see a large front porch with rocking chairs, a porch swim and fresh pressed lemonade with the sound of birds chirping while I watch my kids grow up.
I’d love a white house, large windows, and a front door that just screams come and visit me. They’ll be space to entertain, work, live and love.
I see us planting our roots in this home and having it be a place my family grows in.
I want this so badly. Sometimes I feel like it’ll never happen for us and I do my best to force it along. But, like all good things they come with time and I’ve finally settled to waiting, building dreams, and creating an income that will allow this dream to come about.
I want to grow a healing school! My vision is to have thousands of students flood my school each year. I dream of having teachers from all over the world teaching my Emotional Reintegration Technique course. They will be a main hub in my home town but most will learn remotely. This will allow freedom for people to learn wherever they are. It will be a blessing to many! It will change lives, it will save lives and it will save families.

Traveling has and always will be apart of my life goals. It’s the sense of adventure, beauty and experience that pulls me in. When I was 18 I hopped on a plane and flew across the country. I needed new scenery and I needed care for my tender heart. That experience of growth taught me to always look for the wonder. Today I dream of seeing the redwood forest, the Caribbean, Ireland, Scotland, and riding a passenger train across the US. My ultimate goal is to experience all of these places with my kids and husband. Everything is better when they are around.
Be courageous and kind in all I do. I continually strive for personal growth and these two qualities sum up the person I want to become in all my interactions. I’ll admit it’s hard for me to not respond in my frustrations, it’s hard for me to be kind when I feel hurt or offended. To finally be able to be kind and courageous in all I do, no matter how sad, mad, angry, or frustrated I am would be a huge deal for me.
3 tips to creating GOALS that matter:
1: Ask yourself: What do I really want, think soul related not keeping up with the Jones’s.
2: Decide how you want to feel when you meet your goal.
3: Write down your goal and create a statement you repeat everyday about attaining your goal.
