I realized I’ve been waiting for the perfect time to show you all my home. But in reality, when am I going to be all done with updates? Probably never! No sense in waiting for the perfect time to show you all, when it looks good now and has been coming together so beautifully.
I dreamed of this house. For years I dreamed of a home that was big enough to fit all of us and our work. I dreamed of all of you coming inside a personal room to grow and feel safe. I dreamed of my kids having a big yard to play in, and a garage to park the cars.
I never knew so soon I would be here. I thought I was still a few years away from moving into the home I dreamed of. One night I was looking at homes on the market in our area and came across one. It was perfect and had everything we wanted.
I quickly showed Paul and he responded that he actually liked it! My husband, actually said he liked it! So I ran with it and said we should go look at it. He agreed and before I knew it, we were walking in the house of my dreams.
It was a battle and a half working with the owner, but it was so worth it at the end. I’m so thankful to finally be all moved in and mostly put together. What an exciting time of life to be in. Enjoy these before and after pictures of our HOME.

Ah! What do you think of our home? It’s been the best transformation to see it go from weirdly decorated in ways that didn’t make sense to mid century modern dream home.
