Q: Do I need a session?

A: Sessions are designed to help you feel your best. Emotions create imbalances in the body, some that won’t be felt for years to come. Especially if you avoid feeling them or bury them. During the sessions, you are able to work through your current and past emotions that are creating low self-esteem, anger, self-doubt, poor decision making and, physical pain. During your session, you are guided in a calm, atmosphere that aids you in restorative healing.

Q: What do I need to do before a session?

A: You need to focus on having an open heart. I like to recommend that you start by saying positive affirmations like, I am open to receiving, I am receiving balance now, and my body flows with positive energy.

Q: What should I expect to feel afterward?

A: A Persons results will vary. However, you will feel lighter, less stressed, more emotionally aware and ready to make positive changes. The more you apply what is recommended the more positive results you will see.

Q: Are emotions really that important to regulate?

A: Absolutely! Emotions create the decisions you make and the decisions you make create the results you see in your relationships, health, and well-being.

Q: How often do I need a session?

A: Initially, it is best to work in an intensive package where you are able to do the deep healing work, afterward once a month helps to continue the progress.

Q: Do you do Reiki anymore?

A: I don’t, I created my own healing modality called ERT (Emotional Reintegration Technique) that I feel better reaches your soul and allows you the accountability to discover and release in a way that is best for you.
