What Reiki Has Done For Me
Before I found Reiki, I was struggling to connect to my spirituality that I once had. It felt like I had lost it. I was looking for a way to help me deal with negative people. What Reiki has taught me is that it’s not necessarily those people; it is the amount of negative energy around them. It was a huge relief to realize that and to learn why I prefer to not be around negative people. By finding Reiki I was able to find that lost connection to my spirituality.
Reiki has also taught me how to get rid of negative emotions and negative energy, how to turn negative into positive, how to send love and let things heal, and how to protect my family and myself from negative energy.
I love the fact that I can use Reiki to help not just myself but also my family and for my friends that live far away. I love that I can send distance healing to them.
Reiki has taught me also to use my intuition, and my connection to intuition has grown and is stronger than it was before. I’ve learned to rely on it more and to trust what I feel whether the energy is positive or negative.. With so many horrible things going on in the world today, Reiki has taught me to see that there is still beauty in the world around us, that there are still good people, and that it’s best to let your energy decide about the people you’re around, because energy never lies.
What Reiki Means To Me
For me, Reiki means positive energy. It means a person can keep their energy positive. I say this because we can always tell what type of energy is around us. And knowing this will tell us if we are safe or if we should “get out of there.”
Reiki also means that I can reconnect with my family, my friends, my pets, and nature. I feel like my love and good energy has improved and gotten bigger and I just want to share it to the world and help those who need it.
I’m blessed to have Reiki in my life. Knowing what I know now, I don’t think I can imagine my life without it. It’s such an amazing feeling that I can’t even put into words.
Reiki has opened so many doors to me that I don’t think I would have seen without it. I feel like Reiki is one of the purposes of why I am here. I am someone who now sees things differently, because I can change things. Some may think I am crazy, and others will think I am genius, because I believe I can change the world.
