You have had a wonderful and relaxing Reiki session, you feel peaceful, and you want these feelings to continue. “What do I do now” is a common question.
As your Reiki Master I want you to continue feeling great long after your session. I believe that Reiki is not just a treatment option but a way to live your life. Reiki teaches love, forgiveness, release, empowerment, and reflection. I encourage my clients to work on these attributes in-between sessions.
After your Reiki session I will send you an email with my personal thoughts and ideas to help you achieve your desired outcomes on a more personal level. I believe that each session is individual and each person has different things that will benefit them.
Below is a list of common things you can do after receiving a Reiki session. These will help you keep your high vibration feelings and to dive deeper into your own healing journey.
- Read scriptures or other holy books or articles
- Spend at least 5 minutes a day meditating
- Wear essential oils that will help meet your desired outcome: 1 lavender for calm, orange for uplifting, or tranquility for relaxation.
- Use higher quality words. “I can” vs. “I can’t,” and “do” vs. “don’t”
- Practice a release technique
- Begin to become aware of yourself (self talk, attitude, emotions, reactions)
- Practice relaxation techniques such as baths, naps, deep breathing, stress ball, dancing.
As your Reiki Master I am also available for follow up questions. You have entered a great journey self discovery, and questions come as you learn new skills. That is what I am here for.
