
Sometimes in life, we need to take a leap. A jump towards a better life, but that can be scary. Especially if any type of hardship has come as a result of a risk. If you are seeking ways to get out of your comfort zone and dream, here are some ways to help.
Identify your fear. When you figure out whats building walls around you, you can start knocking them down. Some fears might be; money, relationships, self-image, or fear of failing.
Try asking yourself some simple questions. “Do I know for sure this won’t work? Am I looking at this as the only option, or are there other options? What would my 80-year-old self say to me right now?”
Don’t let fear stop you. Millionaires don’t feel fear, less than anyone else. They just decide to not let fear stop them. They understand the risk in any situation and decide to move forward. Fear is not a stop sign, end-all to millionaires.
Do you want your dream life? You will feel fear on deep levels. Choose to move past it. Choose yourself. Choose your dreams and don’t let anything or anyone stop you.
Remember your end goal. Once you have found your passion, stick to it. Create a vision board of all the amazing things achieving this goal will do. Find your purpose and don’t let anything stop you.
Will you be able to help millions of people have access to clean drinking water? Will you be able to pay off all of your families debt? Will you be able to help a friend find relief in her grief? Think about achieving that goal every day and it will become easier to see the end picture.
By not allowing yourself to feel fear you are taking away valuable learning experiences. When you listen to your soul, you will feel deep satisfaction. Vision yourself two years in the future, do you regret not taking that risk? If you had taken it would you be living your dream life now?
Find the bigger picture and will help you move from your comfort zone into the unknown world risk takes you in.
Use a power statement. “I am secure” is a great power statement to help you feel safe moving forward into the unknown. This mantra can help you know your worth.
When the hard times come, which they will, you’ll be strong enough to know that it will pass. Like turbulence in a plane. It may get rocky and feel scary, but eventually, you will be out of it and on safe ground again. You may still feel fear when you pursue a new dream or goal, but that’s normal. This quote (or one you choose) will help keep you grounded and be able to move forward.

This will help you trust yourself and not be so scared of stepping out of your comfort zone. You will show yourself in doing this that nothing is going to stop you. You are your biggest obstacle in life. Get out of your head and take those action steps to build a better, healthier, happier life.
Life may be hard. Finances may be hard. Meeting new people can be scary. Putting yourself out there is hard. But you are worth it. You are worth every success story you can say as a result of following your dreams. You deserve to have the life you dream of. You deserve to not live in fear anymore. You deserve to find peace.
