Motivation Mondays: Week 11

It’s Monday! Are you feeling happy or overwhelmed? I am choosing to be happy despite my busy day. Will you choose HAPPINESS?

In Dr. Wayne Dyer’s book, Change Your Thoughts- Change Your Life he teaches great principles. One I wanted to focus on today is that when we weigh ourselves down with excessive demands we also weigh down our spirit. This can lead to developing symptoms of depression, anxiety, worry, or any number of physical ailments.

Take time today to set aside a self-imposed demand or pressure and BREATHE. Inhale and exhale. I promise you’ll feel better.

In the words of Dieter F. Uchtdorf, “Choose to dwell in the light.” Have a beautiful day and remember to BREATHE.
