
You just scheduled your first session with me, and I am so excited to jump-start your healing. It is completely normal to feel worried and maybe even a little anxious. I recommend you feel those emotions and allow yourself to work through it. I am so excited and humbled that you chose me to be your emotional healer. This will be an incredible journey for you and I will be by your side through it all.
I will call you: We will set aside time so I can talk to you more about what you’re seeking emotional healing in. I will send you a welcome packet with more information about emotional healing. This phone call is very relaxed so don’t feel like you have to have all of the answers. I love getting to know my new clients better before a session so that you feel safe and comfortable with me.

Fears and concerns: We will talk about what your challenges and frustrations are. If you are nervous I will you give you ways to prepare before you come in. Meditation, positive affirmations, and black journaling to name a few really good ones. Most importantly I want you to safe and comfortable with me. Being vulnerable is hard, especially when I’m a stranger to you. So let’s get to know each other and feel free to ask all the questions you can think of.
