
I’m excited that you have chosen emotional healing. I run my practice out of my home in the beautiful town of Logan, Utah. Although distance sessions are available. I honor the journey that has brought you to this place and hope you value the transformation you are going through. This technique relieves stress, relaxes your body, clears negative emotions and removes self-lacking thoughts.
Welcome to your first session…
Following are some guidelines to help you have a truly unique and beneficial experience.
- Water is an absolute must. Drink plenty of water, particularly after a session. Many individuals receiving emotional healing go through a cleanse that may last up to a week. Drinking plenty of water aids this cleansing process.
- Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid wearing distracting clothing, because you want to focus on relaxation during the process.
- During your session you will lay on a massage table, I have blankets available. Calm music will be played.
- Relax and BREATHE! To take full advantage of a session, you must be relaxed. When you are able to open your mind the miracle of healing can take place.
- Please be aware that according to Utah licensure, emotional healing is a “spiritual practice”. Receiving a session should not preclude you from seeking out typical Western doctors and medicines. You should always inform your doctor that you are receiving emotional healing, as it can affect the dosing of medications. This being said, because of this healing work it can affect your spiritual nature and can have a profound effect on mental and emotional issues which often precipitate physical disease.
- Please be on time. Time is a valuable commodity. Entering the session feeling unrushed allows for a greater flow of energy. Also, you and I need to debrief afterward about impressions during the session.
