Talesha worked “magic” on me. I have been to previous counselors/therapists in the past. I heard about Talesha from a dear friend. I was struggling really bad with the loss of my husband, (4 years ago) to childhood stuff. I was desperately ready to let go of everything I was holding onto.
When K shared her story with me I couldn’t believe the heartache she was facing. She was doing the very best she could to handle it on her own. However, the emotional burdens were too much for her to deal with alone.
Talesha helped me believe in myself. Understand that what had happened in my past, was okay to let go and not keep packing it around. I learned a greater understanding of myself and who I can become.
Our daily conversations were the highlight of my day. One day specific she was reaching further, and further of how I felt. She was asking why? Or is there something you are not wanting to tell me? I had only told one other person about what was still weighing down on me; feeling so much guilt. Well, I finally told her.
I do remember this day vividly. I could feel so strongly a deep shame. a deep burden she was trying to avoid or not talk about. I felt so impressed to reach out and ask her what it was. I felt that if she could be completely honest with herself and where she was at that the healing she was seeking would come in ten fold.
She helped me not have those guilty feelings. For how young I was at that time, my mother made the decision for me. Ultimately her decision of how she felt about the decision had done more damage on me.
I will forever be indebted to Talesha! The energy that she can pull out of you and help you replace with happy, joy, loving energy is unbelievable. She has helped me get out of the “cycle” I had been living for 32 years. I know my worth, and I know now how to let things go without holding onto them. Or, dwelling upon others actions, and words. I have control of my mind, body, and soul.
This is the best news I could ever hear from someone working with me. Because the thing is, when you have the skills and know your value, you don’t have to rely on others to solve your problems. It is the greatest blessing to watch my clients heal, grow, and know their soul.
