The rose quartz is a translucent pink variety of quartz. It is mostly found in Brazil and South Dakota.
How do I use it? I like to use this one when I am clearing out the negative. I hold it near my heart space to gently replace negative emotions with love. I also move it around my body to balance out the energy.

You can put this stone under your pillow to keep the warm and loving vibrations near your head. This is a great one for any kind of healing work that you do especially for any of those heartaches and feelings of loss and grief.

Healing properties: Great for circulation because circulation goes with the heart chakra. Also good for the kidneys, spleen, and adrenals. It’s said to increase fertility So if you love yourself more you can have increased fertility. I also suggest wearing this as a necklace because it will hit you at right above your heart chakra.
