Soul Care Tip #1

Thoughts create feelings, feelings create actions, and actions create results.

  • The feelings you experienced as a child, or even feelings felt yesterday. If they were not addressed and instead buried under the rug they are directly affecting your life today.
  • What you think right now whether positive or negative are true. You get to decide what truth you want to continue accepting. 

Use the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to clear out old beliefs.

  1. Write down the negative thoughts/feelings you have experienced. Pick a time in your life to start and work your way up or down from that time. 
  2. Tap out each belief and replace it with light.
  3. Take a deep breath and continue progression in releasing. 

Soul Care Tip #2

Insecurities create beliefs that prevent growth, healthy relationships, and cause lots of fear.

Most of the time those insecurities stem from not meeting someone else’s expectations or comparing yourself to someone else. Both of which are so damaging to your soul.

  • What things do you feel you should do that you’re not doing? or doing to the full capacity?
  • What expectations do you have for yourself that are stressing you out? 

Use ho’oponopono technique to release and replenish your soul.

Soul Care Tip #3

Did you know that emotions create physical symptoms in your body.

  • Think back about the gut feeling when you’re nervous, or that illness that just keeps coming back. It’s because the emotion creates a weakened energy field.
  • What physical symptoms are your experiencing currently? 

Use Meridian tracing to clear these imbalance from your energy field. 

  1. I want you to draw a body, and on that body I want you to circle the parts the hurt, or are in pain, or where you get hit with an illness.
  2. You can take it a step further and write what emotion first comes to mind that is trapped there.
